Up to 9 lanes and a moving-sidewalk lift at Southwest Michigan's oldest ski hill, with sessions running until 9pm Wednesday through Saturday.

Timber Ridge bills itself as Southwest Michigan’s oldest ski hill, and the tubing side is a proper lifted operation: up to 9 lanes and a new moving sidewalk that carries riders back to the top. Tubes are provided, each rider takes one alone, and the record lists night tubing.
Plan around the schedule. Wednesday through Friday opens at 1pm and runs to 9pm, Saturday and holidays run 10am to 9pm, and Sunday closes at 7pm. Monday and Tuesday are closed except on MLK Day and Presidents’ Day. Sessions are 2 hours, listed at $25 online or $28 at the door, and online tickets are limited, so buy ahead for a weekend. Riders need to be 5 and at least 42 inches tall, and helmets are optional at $15 to rent.
If a younger child rules you out here, Echo Valley Winter Sports Park is the nearest alternative at about 27 miles. Our night tubing guide covers what to expect after dark. Prices and hours change by season, so confirm on the park’s site before driving.
Wednesday to Friday runs 1-9pm, Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 10am-7pm, so an evening slot is possible on four days. Monday and Tuesday are closed except MLK Day and Presidents' Day.
